Not making John Abraham, Abhishek Bachchan’s Dostana 2 right now: Director

Director Tarun Mansukhani today said that as of now he is not planning to make a sequel to his hit film ‘Dostana’.

‘Dostana’ a comedy film directed by Tarun Mansukhani and the makers are planning a sequel since quite some time.

“I would be directing a film but it is not ‘Dostana 2’. I am not making ‘Dostana 2? right now. But now it is an ego thing so I will make ‘Dostana 2’ some day,” Tarun said at an event.

There were reports that Arjun Rampal will be cast as a addition to the series, which will also have Abhishek Bachchan and John Abraham reprising their roles from the previous movie.

Reportedly Deepika Padukone or Katrina Kaif might play the leading lady in ‘Dostana 2’.

SRK Surprises Abhishek With A Mighty Special Gift

Are Shahrukh & Salman sharing screen space in Happy New Year?

Superstars Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan may reunite for a Bollywood song in the former’s upcoming film, Happy New Year.

The two top actors were last seen together on the big screen in Farah Khan’s 2007 hit Om Shanti Om where Salman Khan featured in one of the songs of the film.

Now, both SRK and Farah Khan are planning to put in a similar special number for their next film, Happy New Year.

But the bigger question is whether or not Salman with whom Shahrukh shares a love-hate relationship, makes his presence felt in the number

Until recently, both stars had not been on talking terms, but it was during an 2013 event on the festival of Eid, that Salman Khan went up to Shahrukh and gave him a hug, thus putting an end to all differences.

The two have not spoken ill about each other in public since. In fact Salman Khan, on numerous occasions, has been seen publicly praising his colleague for his work in Chennai Express. In such a scenario, it remains to be seen whether the two stars will reunite for a big screen appearance.

Shahrukh Khan made almost every popular star from the Bollywood film world to shake a leg on the set for his film’s (Om Shanti Om) song. From Shilpa Shetty to Kajol and from Dharamendra to Salman Khan, almost every celeb made his/her presence felt in the fun number choreographed and directed by Farah Khan.

Shah Rukh Khan and his entire family will celebrate the New Year with Abhishek,Aishwarya and Aaradhya Bachchan in Dubai. As per sources, Abhishek has left withAishwarya and Aaradhya to Dubai.

Shah Rukh Khan will also be in Dubai with his family and friends to bring in the New Year. The Chennai Express will leave on 29th.

If sources are to be believed, Khans and Bachchans will meet up at a private party bash thrown by the first family of Dubai. They will also discuss the next schedule of Happy New Year.

Dhoom 3 has created hurricane at domestic boxoffice but it is no less in overseas too. The film has set some real benchmarks at foreign boxoffice but doing eye popping business.

Dhoom 3 as per our Overseas sources has collected huge 73 crore nett approx in three days which takes the worldwide nett business to 168.50 crore approx. The film has also created record by collecting 200 crore plus gross money in just three days which is another wonderful fact.

Dhoom 3 Saturday Accurate Business & Sunday Expectations

Dhoom 3 was super steady on Saturday and collected better than earlier estimates suggested us. The film in multiplexes was equal to friday collections and even better at few places. But single screens dropped on second day as they always tend to do after huge day.

Still the overall drop was not much, Infact it was very small. The film collected 29.50 crore approx on Saturday taking the two day business to 60 crore approx. The film has done extremely well and easily above expectations in first two days .

Dhoom 3 Emerges Second Highest Opener, ETT Record Remains Intact!

Dhoom 3 opened to bumper response yesterday morning at widest ever release. The film remained steady throughout day and it was reported that film has crossed Ek Tha Tigeropening record of 31.23 crore.

However as per the accurate reports just arriving the film has performed bit less then expected earlier  in some parts of the country  and thus being short of some lakhs from breaking the record. Dhoom 3 at many places has become highest opener ever but overall scenario is different because the film was hit by cold wave and non holiday effect.
